Do we have to deal with all the different suppliers involved?
No. We coordinate the tow operators, repairers, rental providers and assessors, and bring the information and invoices together. You deal with one team.
Can you match the replacement vehicle to the work our drivers do?
Yes. We can arrange a like-for-like or suitable replacement vehicle, including long-wheelbase vans and vehicles needed for extended periods or heavy business use.
What if more than one vehicle is involved?
We can coordinate multiple vehicles damaged in the same incident, keeping the response together through one team.
Can we use our own repairer?
Yes, where appropriate. We have a carefully selected repairer network, but we can also work with your preferred repairer and arrange authorised or specialist repairers where required.
Do you support us outside metro areas and after hours?
Yes. We can arrange replacement vehicles and repairs in regional areas, and towing and transport after hours.
